Buildings #3 and #4 were constructed from the ground up on the Port Reading complex. They were constructed with a tenant (Dole), the others were only core and shell. The building is a steel structure with precast panels painted to match the Prologis campus. The inside houses a 112,000 SF cooler for Dole, a 4,000 SF office, and 2 satellite offices all equipped with bathrooms. The building is subdivided with an available 173,000 SF for a future tenant. The buildings have landscaping completely surrounding them. The Prologis Port Reading complex includes buildings #1, 1A, #2, 2A, #3 and #4 for a total of 6 buildings.
